Henry Handwork's Kitchen Towel Collection is a heavier weight cotton twill featuring our most popular designs, focusing on food and drink. Sturdy, absorbent and meant to be used daily, each towel has a hang loop.

Designed in Portland, Oregon and meticulously hand-embroidered and hand-hemstitched on cotton by the world’s finest artisans, our motifs have strong, year-round sell-throughs in gift shops, as well as home and linen specialty stores. Their hand-crafted products are meant to be used daily and enjoyed! With proper care and laundering they will become heirlooms.

Machine wash on gentle cycle with cool water, or hand wash. Avoid bleach and brighteners. Tumble dry on low heat. For traditional crisp finish, remove from dryer after wrinkles are released and while still damp; line dry. Iron on reverse using cotton setting.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unused new products with original tags attached.

In order to return your item(s), please email us directly at info@shopepergne.com or call the store at 615-840-6341 for shipping instructions on all returns/exchanges. Let us know you are sending an item/items back so we can be on the lookout for the shipment. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the item so we can check and reserve inventory.

Please note:

  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment
  • Returns will be processed 3-5 business days after Epergne receives the item(s). Bank issued credit cards may take 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded
  • Exchanges are processed as inventory allows and customers will be charged for the additional shipping of the exchanged item(s).
  • ALL DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are "FINAL SALE"and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping on all returns and exchanges.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Because we offer an approval program (where customers are allowed to take items to try at home for 24 hours before purchasing if they provide Epergne with credit card details), items may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. Store credit is good for 1 year. NO cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn/unused with any original tags attached/intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
