As the clock strikes twelve, Polar Bear Santa comes down through the stone chimney and greets the kits and mice! Polar Bear Santa can be removed from his pocket and can be moved through the entire chimney pocket.

Pillow Cover:

  • Embroidered on 100% linen fabric. Back fabric is 100% linen. Includes removable poly-fil stuffed pal or multiple pals as pictured.
  • Linen is made from 100% unbleached and undyed natural flax fiber. There is an inherent beauty in the shade variation from one crop to another.
  • Linen is an incredibly durable fabric, and can be laundered in many ways. Over time, linen softens with multiple washes, enhancing the texture of the fabric. If you prefer a natural linen look, feel free to machine wash on a gentle cycle, line dry, then iron the backside of the embroidery on a steam setting. Before doing so, remove pals from their pockets and turn the case inside out. Spot clean pals separately. To keep your linens crisp and smooth, consider spot clean treatments or dry cleaning.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unused new products with original tags attached.


In order to return your item(s), please email us directly at info@shopepergne.com or call the store at 615-840-6341 for shipping instructions on all returns/exchanges. Let us know you are sending an item/items back so we can be on the lookout for the shipment. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the item so we can check and reserve inventory.


Please note:

  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment
  • Returns will be processed 3-5 business days after Epergne receives the item(s). Bank issued credit cards may take 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded
  • Exchanges are processed as inventory allows and customers will be charged for the additional shipping of the exchanged item(s).
  • ALL DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are "FINAL SALE"and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping on all returns and exchanges.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Because we offer an approval program (where customers are allowed to take items to try at home for 24 hours before purchasing if they provide Epergne with credit card details), items may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. Store credit is good for 1 year. NO cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn/unused with any original tags attached/intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
