Hotel Wailea began as a mysterious property with a mischievous past. Originally constructed in the 1980s as a member club called the Diamond, it had the ocean at its feet, Maui’s dormant Haleakalā volcano at its back and intrigue at its core. McManus saw the possibility of creating something new: a tropical luxury village rather than a single high-rise building typical of neighboring properties. “The prevailing thought process coming off a plane to do a hotel in Hawaii is that everything has to be centered on the beach,” says McManus. “Typically, locals in Hawaii know that living on the beach is a less than private experience, especially when you compare it to seaside locations in Europe, where it’s about the ocean views, a sense of privacy and service.”

Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unused new products with original tags attached.

In order to return your item(s), please email us directly at info@shopepergne.com or call the store at 615-840-6341 for shipping instructions on all returns/exchanges. Let us know you are sending an item/items back so we can be on the lookout for the shipment. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the item so we can check and reserve inventory.

Please note:

  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment
  • Returns will be processed 3-5 business days after Epergne receives the item(s). Bank issued credit cards may take 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded
  • Exchanges are processed as inventory allows and customers will be charged for the additional shipping of the exchanged item(s).
  • ALL DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are "FINAL SALE"and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping on all returns and exchanges.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Because we offer an approval program (where customers are allowed to take items to try at home for 24 hours before purchasing if they provide Epergne with credit card details), items may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. Store credit is good for 1 year. NO cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn/unused with any original tags attached/intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased between November 18, 2024 and December 25, 2024 must be returned by January 25, 2025 for STORE CREDIT. Store Credit must be used within 1 year of return date.
