In the center of the North Pole is Santa Claus’ humble home. Decorated all year for Christmas, find gold lights and greenery on the rooftop. The front door is the shape of a Christmas tree complete with a gold star. Santa and Fox Elf can be removed from the window pockets. Santa is checking the “Nice List” and Fox holds Santa’s signature gift bag. Inside Santa’s house find a mantle complete with a roaring fire and Christmas stockings. Two kittens snuggle up on blue rocking chairs in front of the fire.

  • This item is not a toy and is intended for decorative use only. For your child's safety the small accessories should be removed from the pillows and kept out of the reach of children under the age of three.

  • Embroidered on 100% linen fabric. Back fabric is 100% linen. Includes one removable poly-fil stuffed pal.

Return & Exchange Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns/exchanges postmarked within 14 days of purchase on unworn, unused new products with original tags attached.

In order to return your item(s), please email us directly at info@shopepergne.com or call the store at 615-840-6341 for shipping instructions on all returns/exchanges. Let us know you are sending an item/items back so we can be on the lookout for the shipment. Please let us know if you would like to exchange the item so we can check and reserve inventory.

Please note:

  • Refunds are credited to the original form of payment
  • Returns will be processed 3-5 business days after Epergne receives the item(s). Bank issued credit cards may take 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
  • Shipping charges are not refunded
  • Exchanges are processed as inventory allows and customers will be charged for the additional shipping of the exchanged item(s).
  • ALL DISCOUNTED or SALE ITEMS are "FINAL SALE"and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping on all returns and exchanges.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:

Because we offer an approval program (where customers are allowed to take items to try at home for 24 hours before purchasing if they provide Epergne with credit card details), items may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 business days of purchase with original receipt or 30 days with a gift receipt. Store credit is good for 1 year. NO cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. Returned items must be unworn/unused with any original tags attached/intact. DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased between November 18, 2024 and December 25, 2024 must be returned by January 25, 2025 for STORE CREDIT. Store Credit must be used within 1 year of return date.
